In the scorching Arizona desert, Jack “Apache” Mercer (Jason Statham), a former elite soldier presumed dead after a failed covert mission, lives in the shadows, hidden from the world and betrayed by his own government. Now he’s a ghost, feared for what he knows and hunted by those who wish to silence him.

His retirement comes to an abrupt end when Black Horizon, a ruthless private military corporation led by the relentless Colonel Darius Kane (Clive Owen), launches an attack on an Indigenous reservation to seize secret uranium deposits. Forced back into action, Mercer joins forces with Lena Greywolf (Zoe Saldana), a determined tribal leader and former CIA informant.

As a web of government corruption unravels, Mercer transforms the desert into his battleground. Using guerrilla tactics, lethal marksmanship, and hand-to-hand combat, he wages a brutal war against a numerically superior enemy. The confrontation culminates in a one-on-one fight between Mercer and Kane, in which justice is imposed with an iron fist.

In the end, with the battle won but his wounds still raw, Mercer vanishes back into the dunes. His name disappears with the wind, but the legend of the Apache—the man who fights for those who cannot defend themselves—lives on.
